This policy covers every car page on negotiatedmotors.com. “We” means Negotiated…, Martin Rodriguez and Isaiah Rodriguez, Three Rivers, California.
To answer you about the car you asked about, by call, text or email; to arrange viewings, delivery and the sale; and to see which of our ads work. We don’t sell your information for money, and we don’t use it to market other businesses’ products.
If you submit the form, you agree we may call or text the number you gave about that car, including by automated means. Agreeing isn’t a condition of buying. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us on a call to stop calls.
These pages use the Meta Pixel, a cookie and script from Meta Platforms, to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. It records page views and when someone submits the form. When you submit the form, the pixel may also send Meta your contact details in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the visit to an ad. Meta uses this under its own Privacy Policy.
Under California law, sharing data with an ad platform this way can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out:

Only the service providers that run these pages for us: our web host (Railway), our team messaging app (Slack, where new requests arrive), our email, and, if we use one, a customer-records tool. They handle it only to provide those services to us.
Until the car is sold and for up to 24 months after, so we can follow up on related cars you may want. If you ask, we delete it sooner.

These pages are for adults buying cars. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
